RION VM-63C Vibration meter


The Rion VM-63C is a highly compact vibration meter designed primarily for maintenance and inspection of industrial machinery, with particular emphasis on rotating machinery.
 
The integrated accelerometer and digital display eliminate the need for cables, allowing measurements to be taken quickly and easily on site.
The device can be held in one hand and operated with a single button, making it extremely user-friendly and completely reliable.
  • By holding the device against the target object, measurements can be taken over a wide range of vibration frequencies.
  • The LCD display shows either acceleration (m/s peak), velocity (mm/s RMS), or displacement (mm P-P).
  • Measurements for unbalanced conditions, misalignment (low vibration frequency range), or bearing vibration (high vibration frequency range) are also possible.
  • Thanks to the wide-range design, you don't need to change measurement ranges frequently.
  • There's no on/off switch required. Pressing the MEASURE button turns the device on, and it automatically turns off after a period of inactivity.
  • Powered by 2 x AA batteries (approximately 50 hours of continuous use).
  • Acceleration measurement range: 0.1 to 199.9 m/s² EQ PEAK (RMS x √2)
  • Velocity measurement range: 0.1 to 199.9 mm/s RMS
  • Displacement measurement range: 0.001 to 1.999 mm EQ P-P (RMS x 2√2)
